October 15, 2014 – Two phone calls – background – the tax preparer and I had been trying for hours to get a hold of Arthur because of the IRS deadline for our 2013 taxes. Arthur blew off an appointment with the tax preparer on October 9 or 10, 2014 (need to check date)
October 15, 2014 – first conversation with Poole:
- need to get ahold of him today,
- is the deadline for the extension to file our 2013 Federal Income Tax Return,
- and if he does not file he could go to jail
October 15, 2014 – second conversation with Poole:
- I am crying
- Me: “he just threatened me”
- Poole: “are you afraid of him”
- Me: “yes, I am afraid he will hurt me, he has hurt me before”
- Poole: “would you like me to have the IG contact you”
- Me: “yes”
October 15, 2014 – an hour or so later, Poole leaves me a recording on my cell phone voice mail, of Arthur coming into her office and him being questioned about what he’s doing, re the taxes etc.
